ADMINISTRATOR (Financial Studies Assistance Programme)
Job Summary
The incumbent is required to manage all activities of the Secretariat for the Financial Assistance Studies Programme working in close collaboration with the Chairman of the Programme. Work involves establishing systems for the efficient functioning of the programme. Activities include the receipt of applications, collation and the preparation of listings for submission to the Selection Committee.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the Secretariat.
- Prepares listings of applicants for consideration by the Selection Committee.
- Arranges interviews for applicants.
- Takes Notes and Minutes and prepares reports for the Selection Committee.
- Maintains the Information Technology Database to ensure generation of timely reports.
- Conducts research on queries and other matters as directed by the Chairman.
- Any other related duties.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in the area of Social Sciences or
Management.
- A minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory position.
- Fully computer literate.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
