Key Functions:
• Maintains financial and accounting records to track all financial transactions in keeping with established accounting standards.
• Monitors all financial transactions to ensure that purchases and payments adhere to the Company’s policy and are within approved budgetary allocations.
• Prepares and examines accounting and financial reports and statements as required in keeping with established accounting standards.
• Assists with the preparation of annual budgets and prepares reports to track actual expenses against budgetary allocations.
• Assists with warehouse co-ordination and periodic stock taking.
Qualifications and Skills
• Successful completion of at least level 2, A.C.C.A.
• At least one (1) - three (3) years prior experience in the accounting field.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Ability to work independently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
