ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR
Job Summary
The incumbent is required to assist the Administrator in the day-to-day running of the Secretariat. Work involves office management duties as well as technical services support for the Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists the Administrator in the collection of applications, their compilation and the preparation of listings for consideration by the Selection Committee.
- Prepares Agenda for Selection Committee meetings.
- Prepares Notes and Minutes.
- Drafts Reports
- Responsibility for preparatory activities in support of Selection Committee meetings.
- Maintains the filing system.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Five (5) GCE ‘O’Level/CXC passes (including English Language and Mathematics).
- Fully computer literate in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least three (3) years work experience.
- Any equivalent combination of qualification and experience.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions of employment for the position will be negotiated with the Chief Personnel Officer, Personnel Department.
