Restaurant Manager/Food & Beverage Manager-Luxury Resort Property- St. Kitts, West Indies
The Christophe Harbour Company in St. Kitts, West Indies is seeking an experienced, professional and polished Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations for the Beach House. Infused with new life, the Beach House features an updated new look and enhanced menu, while retaining the relaxed charm and spectacular water views that have earned it a devoted following among visitors and islanders alike. In December of 2008, The Beach House was named as one of the top restaurants in St. Kitts and Nevis by The New York Times.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training and developing front of the house management and staff, establishing and maintaining standards of excellence and ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded at each stage of service. This position will also be accountable for overseeing inventory and labor cost control and maintaining positive relationships with local businesses.

At least 5 years of previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager at a luxury resort, fine-dining restaurant, private golf club, or 5-star hotel property is required. Qualified applicants will have a passion for food service, high standards for service, a commitment to exceeding guest expectations and a proven ability to attract, train and develop a superior fine-dining service staff. Recent experience living and working in the Caribbean is a plus. A degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management or a related field is strongly preferred.
