Gather and document business and technical requirements and provides input into the planning, acquisition, system configuration, system installation and security management processes required in the delivery of solutions.

Lead the operational deployment of all new commercial services (CS) products and services inclusive of QA, CAT and deployment.

Ensure that CS systems and procedures are properly documented inclusive of effective redundancy and recovery plans.

Implement effective system and procedural controls as per audit requirements.

Provide necessary training to Operations team on routine procedures required to support the CS platform.

Act as primary point of contact for our customer on technical matters.

Perform all aspects of administration on the commercial services platforms.

Conduct process reviews within the company and provide recommendations for enhancing or improving the existing processes.

Provide Project Management services inclusive of scheduling and planning of all projects

Supervise work of IT Specialist, as well as, provide on-the-job training to new hires or other individuals assigned to support CS.

Research and apply new information technologies, as well as, develop proof of concepts to be used to support the company’s core business processes.

Ensure the seamless integration of all portfolio components across all platforms.
