The Person

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to create new business from a start up position. A strong salesperson, you will need to clearly understand the
important dynamics involved in this role.

We require a clear lateral thinker, a person who is decisive, positive and a committed team layer.
Ideally but not necessarily you will have a strong knowledge of and key contacts in the Trinidad recruitment market.

More importantly however, you will demonstrate strong ambition and
the energy necessary to deliver sustained results in a very challenging
environment. You will thrive under pressure. You will be very
ambitious, enthusiastic and articulate.

This is a telecommuting position but you will be required to meet with clients at their offices from time to time.

The position carries a very competitive salary with commission and bonus potential.

Minimal Requiremens for successful candidates. 

• Bsc. Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong negotiation skills
• At least 2 years working experience in a Sales/Negotiating position.

 Essentials for successful candidates.

• Must be able to work on your own and with or without being part of a team.
• Must own a working laptop or have access to one
• Must have a working High Speed Internet connection from home.
• Previous experience selling insurance is an assest but not a requirement.
• Having a Facebook account is an asset.
